Event Program

To continue to grow, educate and provide opportunity to Players (both BOYS and GIRLS),
ID11 partnered with LPU
Mens and Women's Soccer an (NAIA-D1) Collegiate Soccer program and its coaches,
will provide the following:


College ID PROGRAM INFO - "Train and MASTER the College recruiting Process": 
Dates:/Time - May 8th and 9th, 2020
Location: BIRDSALL Sports Park
this event is for... Boys and Girls currently in 8th grade or High School

Learn how to:  Start, continue or get recruited into a College Soccer Program.  Learn player2coach communication skills, info on how to present yourself to colleges, follow up throughout the identification, recruitment, application and commitment processes.  This event will include 2 on field sessions with college coaches and a college seminar dedicated to be hands-on to involve the player and/or parents as to the above.

Participating STAFF Info: 
Head Coach SHAUN HARRIS: 
will run sessions to identify opportunities for High School aged players within the College Soccer - Recruitment Process... Shaun Harris has spent 10 years professionally working in 3 countries,
with LA Galaxy (winning MLS and US Open Cups), with Everton FC within the Premier League, seeing 35+ Premier League academy players into1st team European professional contracts and as the Head Coach of Professional Soccer side CCFC within CSL and USL.  Additionally Shaun has spent 10 seasons coaching collegiately at the NCAA (D1, D2), NAIA and NJCAA levels, leading recruitment at 5 different collegiate institutions and seeing 21 former college players go on to sign Professional Soccer contracts.  Shaun is currently the Head Soccer Coach at LPU in LA, CA and remains an analyst with UEFA/FIFA for major tournaments, having worked the (2018 and 2014 FIFA World Cups), (2012 and 2004 European Championships), (UCL and UEL), as well as several in other 
​(UEFA youth championships), on an ongoing basis.

ID Camp Director and Coach:  Dakota Collins  a local product of the Temecula area, a state record leading goalscorer at Great Oak HS, who attended UCLA and Cal Poly as an NCAA (D1) soccer student-athlete.  Dakota having played summer pro (USL-PDL)
soccer for EvertonUSA during his time in college career --- reached most young players dream having reached professional soccer success playing and winning a USL Championship with Sacramento Republic before going to Europe to play with Professional
sides NK Hask in Croatia and SK Bischofshofen in Austria.  Dakota has now returned to US and is coaching within the USSDA with Patadores pre-academy/academy teams and with LPU as its Men's Soccer, 1st assistant coach.

The ID Event Program will also include current LPU college players as well as successful
past/present college/professional players from the Temecula area.

    ​STEP 3:  After completing the " step 1 and 2 of the registration details" and clicking submit...  The (PLAYER) must then also PAY ONLINE via the STORE (see final step "SHOP OPTION" at the bottom of this page),  Please click the "SHOP OPTION" to complete your online payment/registration.  ALL payments must be paid online!  Thank You!

    Confirmation:  Player RSVP will be confirmed via email, confirming registration and successful payment.  An email will be sent welcoming the player and providing all upcoming details.  (No registrations can/will be processed on the day of the event/s.  Thank You!

    *Please note (only the parent listed above) or Emergency Contact #1 or #2 will have access to the child over the course of the camp this includes (pick up and drop off).  No players will be allowed to leave camp for any reason with any individual or by themselves, unless the camp director has in writing (what days and who) or permission for a player to leave camp on their own, this letter must be typed, with PARENT above sign/print and date full consent.

    By printing my full name above and dating the above... (I am stating that  I am the legal parent/guardian for the player registered for the ID Event (as stated per this registration submission).  I, as a parent/guardian of my child, hereby consent to and authorize the ID Event and its "ID" staff to obtain all emergency medical or dental care for my child that is prescribed by a duly licensed physician (M.D.), osteopath (D.O.) or dentist (D.D.S.).  This care may be given under whatever conditions are necessary to preserve the life, limb, or well being of my child.
    AGREEMENT AND RELEASE:   I acknowledge that I or my player's participation in the ID Event "ID" /is subject to the rules, policies and procedures established by NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA.  I further acknowledge that it is my (the parent) and (players) personal responsibility to understand such policies and procedures or comply as advised.
    In consideration of my or my player's participation in the ID Event program, I hereby agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless (Score, ScoreUSA, ISDA, ID11) and LPU "ID" staff including, without limitation, their respective managers, members, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates and agents (collectively, the "Releasees"), against any and all claims, demands, suits, actions, loss, liability, charges, expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees) and costs of any nature whatsoever, which may arise out of, relate to, or result from, my OR my player's participation in the "ID" event including, without limitation, transportation to and from the "ID" event which transportation I hereby authorize.  I understand that the "ID" event does not provide accident, medical, liability or workers’ compensation insurance, or any other insurance for players participating in the "ID" events.  I further agree that I, and my child, other minor children, legal wards, heirs, spouse, next of kin, distributees, guardians, legal representatives and assigns, will not make a claim against, or sue any of the Releasees for injury, death or damages arising out of, relating to or resulting from my player's participation in the "ID" event whether by reason of the ordinary negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, but excluding the intentional misconduct of the Releasees.
    I understand and agree that this agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the States of California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Hawaii and that if any portion of this agreement is held invalid, I agree that the balance of this agreement should continue in full force and effect.
    I understand that the "ID" event and its staff may, if possible in the event of an emergency, attempt to contact me or other individuals whom I have designated, but circumstances may not permit the "ID" event and its staff to do so.  I hereby further consent to and authorize the "ID" event and its staff to call for emergency assistance for me or my player, arrange for transporting me or my child to an emergency center, and take such other actions that either the "ID" event or its staff determine reasonable or necessary under the circumstances.  I understand and agree that I will be responsible for all costs and expenses incurred in connection with any treatment or transportation , and that neither the "ID" event nor the "ID" event staff shall be responsible for any such costs and expenses.
    I further consent to the "ID" event staff taking photographs, pictures, video recordings, audio recordings, and/or audio-visual recordings of me and/or my child during my child's participation in the ID event program, and the use of same by the "ID" event for publicity, promotion or other commercial purposes relating to the "ID's" event business.  
    I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT AND UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS.  I AM AWARE THAT THIS AGREEMENT REQUIRES ME, AMONG OTHER THINGS, TO INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES.  I AM THE LAWFUL PARENT/GUARDIAN OF THE PLAYER REFERENCED IN THIS AGREEMENT OR OF LEGAL AGE TO SIGN THIS WAIVER ON MY OWN BEHALF.  I HAVE SIGNED THIS AGREEMENT VOLUNTARILY AND I AM AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE.
